Motorola Droid RAZR, Announced 2011, October, is no doubt a big competitor to Galaxy S2. While it run on Android OS v2.3.5 (Gingerbread), RAZR XT910 have to make some difference on its appearance to lead user not to focus on Android OS.
RAZR XT910 VS Galaxy S2 Features
CPU: XT910 uses 1.2 GHz TI OMAP4430; i9100 uses 1.2GHz Exynos, both of them are dual core
RAM: both 1GB
Screen: XT910 uses 4.3″ Super AMOLED Advanced, revolution 960 × 540, 256 ppi; i9100 uses 4.3″ Super AMOLED Plus, revolution 800 × 480, 218 ppi

So, based on this comparison, XT910 should get a good sale as Galaxy S2 ( i9100 ) have sold more than 10,000,000.
Problem is how could RAZR XT910 beat others with its powerful hardware specification and design as there are so many similar Android smartphone. www.itgeeg.com
Back shell
You will feel the back shell of XT910 very smoothly after familiar with iPhone4 or Nokia N8. The Droid RAZR XT910 uses a fibrous material: Kevlar. It can handle a key scrape on it without hurt.
The XT910 is greatly designed with edges and corners. I guess there are most XT910 users are attracted by its special appearance and won’t purchase a case for it.
The back shell is very like Droid X. But you won’t feel it heavy as Droid X.
Screen and glass
Since 2006, Motorola uses soda-lime glass on is first RAZR generation. The new RAZR uses so called Gorilla glass. Gorilla is a tough partner of Motorola. Milestones are all uses Gorilla. XT910 inherited this feature.
RAZR XT910 uses AMOLED screen. Here is a comparison. The left one is XT900.
Shortcomings
Front my side, 4.3″ screen is too big to hold. I can’t press the Return key on the bottom if I reach the Unlock key. And sometimes, I need use both hand to make a operation.
Another shortcomings of Droid XT910 is that there are loosen issue on MicroSIM and MicroSD protect shell. Hope this is a single issue.
Speed Test
A androidcommunity data shows the XT910 got 2667 under Quadrant. While, in the contract, Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100 got 3000.
